A Day in the Life of a Workplace Experience Supervisor
- Lead and mentor Office Services team members that provide a seamless, high-quality office experience to all employees and visitors, and act as the primary backup to Reception
- Build and maintain key business relationships with stakeholders, workplace vendors, oversee landlord and tenant relations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Plan and execute office events, team-building activities, and celebrations
- Continuously enhance office procedures and policies to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction
- Assist in office space planning, including reviewing office leases, growth projections, space requirements while monitoring operational expenditures and supporting annual budget planning.
- Create office-wide communications and collaborate with the Marketing team on company-wide communications and initiatives.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess office conditions, ensuring that equipment, furniture, and common areas are clean, fully operational, and well-maintained.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 3-5 years of office administration experience including leadership roles, with a Business Administration diploma, certificate or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Office 365, Workday, Adobe Acrobat; ability to learn new administrative systems.
- Strong multitasking, autonomous work skills, with experience in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; proactive in addressing issues and collaborating across all organizational levels.
- Should hold a valid driver’s license.
