Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on conveyors, compactors, electronics, and motors.
Complete welding repairs as required.
Accurately document all work performed using computer systems for tracking and reporting.
Assist with repair and part sourcing.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and promote a strong safety culture.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.
Requirements
Prior experience in industrial maintenance, repair, or system diagnostics (apprenticeship or journeyman status not required).
Welding experience (basic to intermediate).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must supply your own basic hand tools.
Willingness to travel occasionally, if required.
