System Technician (Afternoon Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on conveyors, compactors, electronics, and motors.

• Complete welding repairs as required.

• Accurately document all work performed using computer systems for tracking and reporting.

• Assist with repair and part sourcing.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

• Follow all company safety procedures and promote a strong safety culture.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.

Requirements

• Prior experience in industrial maintenance, repair, or system diagnostics (apprenticeship or journeyman status not required).

• Welding experience (basic to intermediate).

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Must supply your own basic hand tools.

• Willingness to travel occasionally, if required.
