Duties and Responsibilities
● Provide prompt and courteous service to both residential and commercial
customers.
● Directing visitors to designated areas on site for disposal of their materials.
● Weighing all inbound and outbound vehicles and entering information in TRUX
Weigh-It.
● Cashier responsibilities, handling cash and credit card transactions.
● Answering all incoming telephone calls.
● Data entry using Google Sheets..
● Creating and responding to emails.
● Assisting with directing the flow of traffic as needed.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
● Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
● Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
● Ability to multitask.
● Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
● Has basic knowledge of Google (Gmail, Drive, Sheets)
