Roll-Off Driver

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Master the Roll-Off: Safely operate our signature green roll-off trucks and equipment to collect, transport, and dispose of materials across Orlando.

• Be the Face of GFL: Build great relationships with customers on your route with a professional demeanor and a top-notch attitude.

• Keep Safety First: Conduct pre- and post-trip safety inspections, maintain route quality standards, and keep your rig in tip-top shape.

• Stay in Sync: Work closely with dispatchers and supervisors to optimize routes, report hazards, and keep things moving smoothly.

• Own Your Route: Manage daily paperwork, safety logs, and service records accurately and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• The Ticket: A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B.

• The Experience: Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience (or a valid CDL school certificate).

• Safety Mindset: A stellar driving record and a commitment to strict safety rules, PPE, and DOT regulations.

• Physical Readiness: Comfort working outdoors in Florida’s climate and ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently (and up to 100 lbs occasionally).

• Great Attitude: High energy, reliable work ethic, and basic math and communication skills.
