What You’ll Be Doing (The "Highlight Reel")

• Directing the Symphony: Coordinating drivers and helpers to ensure our service is as smooth as a Florida sunrise.

• Problem-Solving Ninja: When a truck breaks down or a route gets blocked, you’re the one with the plan. You stay cool under pressure and keep the wheels turning.

• Data Whisperer: You’ll use our tech to track productivity, ensuring we’re the leanest, meanest green cleaning machine in the state.

• Compliance Captain: You’ll be the go-to expert on CDL regulations, keeping our fleet legal, lethal (to waste!), and looking sharp.

• The Experience: You’ve got at least a year of supervisory experience (or you’ve been a Rockstar Lead Driver at GFL).

• The Brains: You know your way around a computer and can talk CDL regulations in your sleep.
