Operations Adminstrator/Dispatcher

GFL Environmental is looking for an Operations Administrator/Dispatcher to join our team in Surrey, BC!

In this role, you’ll coordinate daily routes, support drivers, handle service orders, and communicate with internal teams and customers to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch and route drivers based on schedules and service needs

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service issues

  • Perform end-of-day check-ins and ensure accurate data entry

  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and customer service teams

  • Monitor and optimize routing with routing specialists

  • Maintain clear communication with drivers and maintenance teams

  • Document driver reports and facilitate daily safety meetings

What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years in dispatch, transportation, or customer service

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Comfortable with MS Office; TRUX experience is a plus

  • Willingness to work extended hours and occasional weekends
