About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Compactor/Container Repair Technician to handle the heavy-duty maintenance, troubleshooting, and rebuilding of our industrial compactors and waste equipment. If you like solving mechanical puzzles, working with your hands, and staying on the move, this is the spot for you.

Fix & Rebuild: Diagnose, repair, and rebuild company compactors, containers, and specialized waste equipment.
Electrical & Hydraulics: Work safely around 3-phase high-voltage electrical apparatuses, set hydraulic pressures, and optimize cycle times.
Welding & Tools: Perform minor welding and fabrication as needed. You will maintain and utilize your own set of tools to get the job done.
Field Coordination: Track your parts and labor costs, manage standard inventory levels, and coordinate major account repair requests to keep our clients running smoothly.
Safety First: Follow all company and federal/state safety regulations to ensure a safe workspace every day.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Proven background in repairing heavy equipment, industrial compactors, or complex mechanical systems.
Technical Skills: Solid understanding of basic electrical components (especially 3-phase high voltage) and hydraulic systems. Minor welding capability is a huge plus.
Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required, and you must be able to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) within six (6) months of employment (we will help you meet relevant safety criteria).
Education: High school diploma or GED; a technical school diploma or certificate is highly desired.
Physical Drive: Must be comfortable working in a loud, active industrial environment (hot/cold weather, lifting/pulling up to 50 lbs, climbing, and kneeling).

Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
On-Call: Must be available for occasional emergency weekend calls.
Pay Rate: Starting at $22.00 – $24.00/hour.
Overtime: Consistent 50-hour work week (gives you a steady 10 hours of time-and-a-half overtime pay every week!).
