• Master the Fleet: Safely operate heavy gear to bale, load, and move waste materials.

• Own Your Machine: Perform daily "pre-flight" inspections and basic maintenance (greasing/fluids) to keep your equipment in top shape.

• Team Communication: Use two-way radios to coordinate with the ground crew and office to keep the day moving efficiently.

• Keep it Clean: Clear debris from tracks and gear mechanisms daily—because a clean machine is a fast machine.
