Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a forward-thinking Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience who is expert at leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to build high-quality software. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of web and mobile applications, utilizing modern cloud infrastructure and high-performance databases. The ideal candidate treats AI tools (like Claude Code and Gemini) as a force multiplier for productivity and code quality.
Responsibilities

  • Full Stack Development: Build and maintain responsive web applications using React or Angular and backend services using .NET.

  • Mobile Development: Develop and deploy cross-platform mobile features using React Native.

  • AI-Enhanced Workflow: Utilize AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Gemini, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, refactor legacy code, and ensure high test coverage.

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Architect and manage containerized services using AWS ECS and AWS Fargate.

  • Database Management: Design, optimize, and maintain complex relational data structures in PostgreSQL using SQL.

  • Performance & Scale: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance at both the UI and database levels.

  • Collaboration: Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience: Proven track record as a Full Stack Developer.

  • Frontend/Mobile: Expert proficiency in React or Angular; professional experience with React Native.

  • Backend: Strong experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET.

  • Database: High proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, and optimization).

  • Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS ECS and Fargate.

  • Modern Tooling: Deep familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., using LLMs for code generation, debugging, and documentation).

  • Testing: Strong focus on automated testing (Unit, Integration, and E2E) to validate AI-assisted output.

  • Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative branching strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Real-time Data: Experience with Apache Kafka or similar message brokers for event-driven architectures.
  • Architecture: Experience transitioning monolithic applications to microservices.
  • CI/CD: Experience setting up automated pipelines for containerized deployments.
