Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and oversee hydroblasting, tank cleaning, and emergency response jobs
• Supervise crews and ensure safe execution of high-pressure and confined space work
• Lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards
• Coordinate emergency response activities and on-call operations
• Monitor equipment, job performance, and operational efficiency
• Ensure proper waste handling, documentation, and compliance
• Train and mentor employees on procedures and safety practices

Qualifications:

• Experience in industrial cleaning, hydroblasting, or emergency response
• Knowledge of confined space entry, HAZWOPER, and hazardous materials handling
• Valid drivers license
• Valid TWIC Card
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• DOT and safety compliance experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
