🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

As Facility Manager, you’ll own the overall health and performance of the site. Your mission includes:

• Keeping the facility safe, clean, compliant, and efficient

• Managing building maintenance, grounds, utilities, and vendor services

• Partnering with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to support daily activity

• Leading inspections, preventative maintenance, and regulatory compliance

• Managing budgets, work orders, and improvement projects

• Ensuring all safety, environmental, and company standards are met—every time

• Being the go-to problem solver when challenges pop up (and they will!)
