The Cube Van Driver performs a range of duties including but not limited to providing customers with high-quality service, daily truck inspections, completing daily routes, and other duties as assigned by their Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Satisfy customer needs for service. Ensure that service is completed in accordance with established policies
• Responsible for daily pre and post trip inspections
• Complete an assigned daily route as assigned by the Operations Manager
• Daily route consists of driving to customer sites (which can be remote), securing bin on truck, emptying bin and returning bin to customer site
• Perform driver check-ins at days end to ensure complete and accurate paperwork completion
• Ensure assigned routes are completed in a timely and safe manner
• Follow all protocols while dumping loads at waste facilities
• May perform some additional responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• 1-2 years commercial truck driving experience
• Possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Must be able to meet relevant criteria for safety sensitive functions according to Company standards
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to safely drive the truck and operate the equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer focus
• Knowledge of the city and surrounding areas
• Proven ability to multi-task & ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of industry an asset
