CDL Driver (Residential)

Pay: $25 +/hour Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Drive residential/recycling trucks to collect waste along assigned routes; compact and load material safely.
- Inspections: Complete daily pre-/post-trip inspections and log truck reports; report mechanical issues immediately.
- Safety & Compliance: Wear required PPE, follow all safety rules, and report incidents right away.
- Maintenance & Professionalism: Keep truck clean, manage assigned Helpers, and attend safety/branch meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- License & Experience: Valid CDL with 1+ years of commercial driving experience (or CDL school certificate).
- Skills: Maneuver and back up heavy trucks (120+ ft) safely in tight spaces.
- Physical & Environmental: Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively (up to 100 lbs occasionally) and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
