Branch Administrator

As a key member of GFL’s dynamic team, Administrator - Liquids will be a point of contact for all customers and will provide administrative support to our various business units. The Administrator has exceptional customer service and communication skills while having the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. This position requires an enthusiastic individual who presents a professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
Job Duties
Professionally greet and communicate with all visiting clients.
Receive courier shipments, and prepare outgoing shipments.
Monitor, communicate and schedule training for employees.
Maintain filing systems.
Create purchase orders and submit invoices to vendors.
General housekeeping.
General office duties.
Answer and transfer incoming calls
Manage recurring billing requirements
Organize and execute fundraising events
Manage travel and lodging arrangements for employees.
Requirements
Outstanding attention to detail.
Great work ethic.
Business administration diploma, certificate or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to multitask.
Able to use multiple systems such asOMS/Workday/Agile/Enablon and Google.
