Benefits Administrator - 6 months contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and EAP benefits programs.

  • Serve as a liaison between employees, carriers, and third-party vendors.

  • Provide guidance on eligibility, plan provisions, and enrollment processes.

  • Maintain and reconcile benefits records and billing for multiple plans.

  • Support new hire orientations, acquisitions, and annual enrollment activities.

  • Partner with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate processing and exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with HR coursework.

  • Minimum 2 years of benefits administration experience.

  • Strong understanding of welfare benefit plan documents and billing reconciliations.

  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workday or similar HRIS is a plus.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
