What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff):

• The Ultimate Hunter: You’ll be scouting the streets to identify viable leads and win over new business for our Commercial and Industrial lines.

• Competitor Crusher: You’ll target "New from Competitor" opportunities, showing them why the grass (and the bin) is greener with GFL.

• Social Butterfly: From Chamber of Commerce events to trade shows, you’ll be the face of GFL, building long-term relationships and increasing our local "fame."

• Site Explorer: You won’t just be behind a desk. You’ll perform site visits to see the action firsthand and partner with our Operations and Customer Service legends to make sure our clients are happy.

• Sales Veteran: You have 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of smashing quotas.

• Industry Insider: You bring 2+ years of solid waste industry experience to the table.

• Tech Savvy: You know your way around a CRM (Salesforce is our jam).

• Pro Communicator: You can negotiate, present, and listen better than most.

• Self-Motivated: You take pride in your work and have a strong drive to exceed every goal set for you.
