Summary

GFL is currently hiring a Billing Coordinator to work out of the Saskatoon office. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills while having the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. This position requires an enthusiastic individual who presents a professional demeanor and a positive attitude with very high attention to detail.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for service order creation and entry of service orders

  • Responsible for the quality control of all service orders

  • Confirm accuracy between system information and received paperwork

  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and provide follow up as required

  • Create and track purchase orders for the division as well as identify issues of purchase orders

  • Tracking and submittal of customer load sheets

  • Handle phone enquires and assist customers and vendors when needed

  • Other administrative duties as assigned

  Requirements

  • Business administration diploma, certificate or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years of accounting/administrative experience

  • Detail orientation for working with numbers and accuracy information

  • Strong computer literacy. Comfortable working with multiple systems including Microsoft office applications

  • Confidence in ability to work in a constant changing work environment

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Proven interpersonal organizational analytical and problem solving skills
