Job Duties

  • Data entry from daily work orders, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency

  • Completion and copying of Manifests and other paper work for submission to appropriate agencies

  • Rescheduling of customers various pickups

  • Printing of various computer generated lists, some regularly others on an as need basis

  • Filing of all completed work in preparation for month end

  • Monitoring of work order and label supplies for drivers and facility staff

  • Answering telephone calls and providing quality customer service

  • Schedule customer pick up requests as they come in

  • Assisting with month end duties, (stuffing envelopes, use of mailing machine, etc.)

  • Assisting with preparation of BCUOMA paperwork

  • Completing, copying and faxing of customs paper work regarding oil shipments

  • Liaise regularly with Sales and Dispatch

  • General office work/duties as necessary

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in oral and written English

  • At least 2 years combined customer service experience in a call center and/or office environment

  • Basic knowledge of accounting

  • Exceptional computer skills and competency

  • Competent working knowledge of Microsoft office, excel, word, power point and outlook
