Description

Job Duties

  • Responsible for performing clerical duties such as filing, managing paper flow and operating a variety of general office equipment

  • Responsible for being the main point of contact for local parts, procurement and account management
  • Manage and maintenance parts inventory
  • Manage and order inventory and order parts as needed
  • Maintain and manage monthly tracking and budget being spent on parts
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in an administrative role
  • 1 years parts experience is an asset
  • Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable is an asset
  • Strong computer proficiency including MS Office and Parts programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and presentation skills
  • Self starting proactive individual who can work well independently and in a team environment
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines
  • Ability to use general office equipment
  • Proven ability to work independently in a busy and varied environment
  • Energetic, goal oriented, enthusiastic
