Job Duties

  • Process data from driver run sheets, and update production score cards

  • Review driver time sheets and make necessary corrections

  • Attend to customer service calls

  • Dispatch trucks according to schedule

  • Data entry

  • Systematic and methodic maintenance of customer files, notes, agreements and other customer related documents

  • Miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned

Qualification & Requirements

  • High school diploma is required

  • Proficiency with MS Office products particularly MS Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work with equal reliability alone or as part of a team

  • Experience preferred

  • Prior waste management or related industry an asset but not necessary
